About This Campaign

Sherwanda Jones is a Birmingham native and graduate of Woodlawn High School. She is the proud mom of daughter Darrelle Baldwin, age 1, who loves attending Eastlake Church of God Preschool.

For the past four years Sherwanda has enjoyed a healthcare career as a CNA at Northway Health and Rehab. After closing on her home, Sherwanda hopes to continue her nursing education and become a nurse practitioner.

When asked what owning a home means to her she explained that it will be a dream come true and is the perfect blessing for her daughter. Sherwanda thanks the volunteers and sponsors for helping her provide a stable, safe environment for her family.
